I beg to differ. Wrigley will not go condo; knowing the bulk of his portfolio. Zell is not only known for his commercial portfolio (office buildings) but as a landlord for mobile home parks. So, the site of Wrigley Field has an equal chance of becoming an overpriced trailer park as well as a massive Lakeview office tower.
I wonder what the chichi rich twits in Lakeview would think to trailer trash in their midst...
